About the role

Join Greif’s manufacturing team as a Production Worker, operating advanced machinery to produce high‑quality packaging components. You will ensure parts meet strict specifications while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate complex production machinery according to prints and specifications.
• Produce required quantities of parts within established tolerances.
• Measure finished parts with precision tools to verify functional, quality, and cosmetic standards.
• Maintain production logs and report any errors or rejected pieces.
• Inspect equipment before use, perform non‑routine adjustments and basic maintenance.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and orderly while following all safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of relevant production experience.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team.
• Strong aptitude for interpreting job specifications for machinery.
