Buyer Technician – Aircraft Parts Procurement

About the role

Support the sourcing of future aircraft components by working closely with engineers and suppliers to bring innovative parts to production.

Key responsibilities

• Good knowledge about electronics and/or mechanics
• Extensive contact with suppliers and internal clients following up order and/or development status
• Negotiation and management of purchases for the acquisition of materials and services
• Proposal analysis and preparation of recommendations based on results obtained
• Market research to identify and select potential suppliers
• Review and follow up on purchase requests for materials
• Research alternative suppliers to improve quality and service, and optimize processes
• Guarantee that product information and technical requirements are closed and validated to transit them to production stage

Required profile

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Electronics, Mechanics or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement and/or Engineering roles (preferably in Industrial or Production sectors)
• Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving ability
• Results‑oriented mindset
• Advanced command of Portuguese and English (C2 level)
• Proactive, dynamic, and strong interpersonal skills
