Production Lifecycle Management Engineer – Electric Solutions

About the role

As a Production Life Cycle Management Engineer for Electric Solutions, you will drive continuous improvement of electrified heating products across their entire lifecycle. You will work in an international, cross‑functional environment to ensure the highest standards of quality, performance and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and monitor product changes for cost optimisation, quality improvement and regulatory compliance, from requirement definition to series production.
• Analyse existing heating systems and identify opportunities to enhance quality, reliability, performance and manufacturability.
• Develop, validate and roll‑out engineering changes across multiple product platforms throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Product Management, Quality and Service teams to ensure successful change implementation.
• Support product validation activities and verify compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.
• Act as a central communication hub between stakeholders, ensuring transparent coordination across departments.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in hardware development, testing, validation or manufacturing of technical products.
• Familiarity with heat‑pump, HVAC or similar thermal‑management systems is preferred.
• Experience with engineering change management, product lifecycle activities or continuous improvement is an advantage.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
