Product Marketer

About the role

Flagsmith is looking for a Product Marketer to own the positioning and launch of its platform. This is a high‑ownership, fully remote role that sits at the intersection of product, customers, and market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own Flagsmith’s positioning across all tiers and communicate the experimentation capability to technical buyers.
• Develop and execute an end‑to‑end launch playbook, including messaging, channels, collateral, metrics and retrospectives.
• Own the marketing website narrative, set conversion goals, measure performance and continuously improve the experience.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, marketing automation, content, SEO and social specialists to ensure consistent storytelling.

Required profile

• Proven zero‑to‑one launch experience – you have taken products or features to market from scratch.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with engineering leaders in high‑risk sectors.
• Comfort working fully remote within a timezone between UTC‑5 and UTC+5.
• Reports directly to the Head of Product and participates in product‑direction decisions.
