About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Business & Market Insights (B&MI) product portfolio, shaping strategic solutions that meet client needs and drive growth across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and define priority solutions aligned with client needs, market dynamics, and Mastercard’s strategic priorities.
• Design and develop cross‑B&MI solutions in partnership with Global Product Managers, ensuring they are differentiated, scalable, and commercially viable.
• Balance near‑term client value with long‑term strategic growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Mastercard Services and the broader organization to enable enterprise‑wide solutioning.
• Act as a connector among product, sales, consulting, and regional teams to ensure alignment from design through commercialization.
• Support integration of B&MI offerings into broader Mastercard propositions where relevant.
• Monitor market feedback and client adoption to inform continuous solution refinement.
• Partner with product leadership to prioritize roadmap needs based on solution requirements, market demand, and go‑to‑market insights.
• Provide structured feedback loops from the field to shape future product investments.
