About the role

Farfetch is seeking a Product Designer to shape luxury e‑commerce experiences for customers worldwide. Based in Porto, you will join a multidisciplinary team to translate user insights into intuitive, high‑impact product solutions.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problem spaces and uncover customer needs.
Design end‑to‑end solutions that align with business goals and brand guidelines.
Facilitate workshops and create design artifacts that drive alignment across stakeholders.
Produce rapid sketches, prototypes, and detailed design specifications for implementation.
Ensure consistency across the customer journey while navigating technical constraints.

Required profile

Proven experience delivering user‑centered design from discovery through delivery.
Strong ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate design decisions clearly.
Solid foundation in UI and interaction design within a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.
