About the role
Farfetch is seeking a Product Designer to shape luxury e‑commerce experiences for customers worldwide. Based in Porto, you will join a multidisciplinary team to translate user insights into intuitive, high‑impact product solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problem spaces and uncover customer needs.
- Design end‑to‑end solutions that align with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Facilitate workshops and create design artifacts that drive alignment across stakeholders.
- Produce rapid sketches, prototypes, and detailed design specifications for implementation.
- Ensure consistency across the customer journey while navigating technical constraints.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering user‑centered design from discovery through delivery.
- Strong ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate design decisions clearly.
- Solid foundation in UI and interaction design within a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.
