Process Expert Data Operations

About the role

The Link and OpenData vision aims to become the global leader in deep and reference data for life sciences. As a Process Expert in Data Operations, you will improve processes across all operations teams, simplify workflows, and increase resilience. You will gain a broad understanding of data operations and work on diverse projects with many stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Shadow the curation processes.
• Simplify processes and maintain clear documentation.
• Increase automation in tools, including sheets, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage change projects involving 10+ teams.
• Upskill the team on process excellence.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in fast‑paced environments such as consulting, start‑ups, or tech companies.
• Proven experience improving processes and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working or studying in international settings.
• Strong conceptual thinking, detail‑orientation, and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
