About the role
We are seeking a highly trusted Private Executive Assistant & Lifestyle Manager to support a busy entrepreneur and their family in Lisbon and surrounding areas. This full‑time, in‑person role blends personal administration, travel coordination, household management and day‑to‑day logistics, allowing the principal to focus on high‑value work and family time.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics, errands, bookings, purchases and returns.
- Coordinate appointments, suppliers, deliveries and household services.
- Maintain and protect the principal’s calendar, schedule meetings and filter communications.
- Handle email triage, draft replies and, when trusted, respond on behalf of the principal.
- Plan and execute travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transport, packing lists and on‑site checks.
- Develop systems, checklists and routines to streamline personal operations.
- Conduct daily priority reviews with the principal to close open loops.
Required profile
- Proactive, discreet and service‑oriented with a high degree of autonomy.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to anticipate needs.
- Comfortable handling a wide range of personal and household tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to filter information effectively.
- Willingness to travel regularly and work flexibly across Lisbon, Cascais and Oeiras.
