About the role

Join FedEx’s frontline team as a Premier Customer Care Representative‑Associate, serving as the first point of contact for larger customers. You will build loyalty and trust by delivering proactive, high‑quality support through voice, chat, or email.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers via phone, chat, or email.
• Advise customers on using FedEx services and tools.
• Resolve service‑related issues and identify long‑term solutions.
• Enter data promptly into systems and generate standard reports for customers and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service roles; sales experience is a plus.
