Power BI Manager

About the role

Metyis is seeking an experienced Power BI Manager to lead the design and delivery of data visualisation solutions within its Data and Analytics team in Porto. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into compelling, high‑performance reports.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually appealing, business‑focused Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Gather and analyse client requirements, proposing suitable technical architectures.
• Develop efficient, fast, and user‑friendly reporting solutions.
• Solve technical challenges, applying deep knowledge of DAX and data modelling.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops for clients and internal teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate insights to executives.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in Power BI or broader BI design and development.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a team, coaching members on technical and communication skills.
• Customer‑facing experience across functions is a plus.
• Strong command of English.
