Portuguese Customer Support Agent – Lisbon

About the role

A global leader and one of the biggest companies in Portugal, represented by its client, is looking for a Portuguese-speaking customer support agent in Lisbon. You will support the company's activities by offering high-quality service to its customers, who include prestigious worldwide brands.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Provide support and guidance to customers and resolve service issues in a timely and empathetic way.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, questions and feedback in the customer service database.
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training.
• Offer recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions.

Required profile

• Citizen of the EU or holder of a Portuguese work permit.
• Fluent Portuguese (C1/C2 or native).
• Good knowledge of English (B2).
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Previous experience or contact with clients is an advantage.
