About the role
We are seeking a proactive PMO / Project Manager who is fluent in French to join our Digital & IT team. The role involves supporting the planning, coordination and monitoring of multiple projects, acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and achievement of objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, tracking timelines, scope and budget.
- Coordinate activities and communication between cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Organise and follow up on project meetings, preparing status updates and minutes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and support mitigation actions.
- Maintain clear alignment and information flow across all parties involved.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a PMO, project coordination or project management role.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Comfortable working with both technical and business teams.
- Fluent French language skills.
