Platform Software Engineer - Full-Stack

About the role

Join Havi’s Customer Platform team as a Platform Software Engineer – Full‑Stack. You will drive the delivery of the web roadmap, turning customer needs into high‑quality web services, features, and enhancements while collaborating with cross‑functional teams across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable customer web platforms.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, UI, testing, product, and technical leadership to define and implement new features.
• Guide clean, efficient code through code reviews and pull‑requests.
• Ensure thorough testing with unit tests and close work with the testing CoE.
• Identify technical and cost efficiencies within the Azure ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge‑sharing for junior developers.
• Define requirements and acceptance criteria for CI/CD pipelines.
• Create detailed technical documentation, runbooks, and training materials.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience with a strong portfolio of applications.
• Proven ability to work in an Agile delivery environment and contribute to sprint planning and stand‑ups.
