Passenger Representative – Part‑time Seasonal

About the role

Tradewind Aviation is looking for a seasonal, part‑time Passenger Representative to join its San Juan, Puerto Rico team. The role focuses on delivering personalized, high‑quality service to passengers, including VIP and special‑needs travelers, while supporting ground‑operations and customs processes.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and create a positive arrival and departure experience.
• Assist passengers through U.S. Customs and Border Protection clearance and boarding procedures.
• Provide VIP service, escort passengers, and support unaccompanied minors or travelers with special needs.
• Maintain VIP lounge standards and ensure station cleanliness.
• Communicate clearly with clients, flight crews, agents, and vendors.
• Follow company SOPs and the Ground Operations Manual.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to work rotating schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. or its territories.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license and ability to pass a background check with FBI fingerprinting.
• Computer proficiency and strong attention to detail.
