Partner Program Manager – Affiliate Growth

About the role
We are seeking a Partner Program Manager to scale JoomPulse’s affiliate program and turn it into our primary growth engine. You will design and optimise the end‑to‑end partner journey, build the supporting infrastructure and work closely with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimise the complete partner journey – recruitment, onboarding, certification, activation, retention and reactivation.
- Build and operate partner infrastructure, including an Academy, partner CRM, attribution systems, reporting, directory and community programmes.
- Define and own partner programme KPIs, activation metrics, productivity benchmarks and retention frameworks.
- Analyse partner performance, identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvements through experimentation and automation.
- Implement scalable workflows using CRM, no‑code, automation and AI tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, support and leadership to align the partner programme with broader company goals.
Required profile
- Experience managing partner, affiliate, channel, ambassador or community programmes.
- Proven track record building growth (marketing or sales) systems in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of partner economics, attribution, funnel management and lifecycle analytics.
- Ability to build scalable operational systems and growth programmes from the ground up.
- Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in spreadsheets, reporting and performance tracking.
- Fluent English.
- Preferred: experience in B2B SaaS partner programme management.
- Preferred: knowledge of the Brazilian e‑commerce ecosystem (Mercado Livre, Shopee, seller communities).
