Part-Time Sales Assistant – Luxury Retail (20 hrs)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Part‑Time Sales Assistant to join our luxury boutique in Lisbon. Working 20 hours per week, you will be the first point of contact for our discerning clientele, delivering a premium service that reflects the brand’s rock‑n‑roll heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing personalized advice to build loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets using key commercial indicators and promote the brand’s image.
• Handle cash desk procedures, process transactions and manage returns or repairs.
• Receive, label, and display merchandise according to visual standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organise the sales floor.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish the floor and support inventory checks.
• Participate in sales reporting and follow‑up on customer service actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑end or luxury retail.
• Strong interest in sales with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a persuasive attitude.
