Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will own the reliability and performance of our client‑facing UCaaS and SaaS platform. You will build and lead a dedicated Platform/Operations team while driving continuous improvement and automation across the service lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain end‑to‑end operational processes for a cloud‑native platform.
• Lead a team of engineers focused on site reliability, incident response and platform stability.
• Develop and execute automation projects to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Monitor system health, manage incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and stakeholder groups to align operational goals with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operations, SRE or platform teams.
• Strong background in running production cloud‑native systems.
• Data‑driven problem‑solving and decision‑making approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑team collaboration skills.
