Operations Director – German Market (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

Vila Vita Village, an exclusive operation of Vila Vita Portugal serving German‑speaking guests, is looking for an Operations Director to lead the German market segment. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on management to ensure the highest standards of luxury hospitality in the Algarve.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all property operations dedicated to leisure and corporate German‑speaking groups.
• Ensure daily operational excellence and consistent delivery of personalized guest experiences.
• Develop, coach, and retain high‑performing teams across all service areas.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and cost‑effective solutions.
• Maintain alignment with Vila Vita’s brand standards and luxury service expectations.

Required profile

• Fluent German (mandatory) and fluent English.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum five years of senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of delivering personalized service to high‑end clientele.
• Strategic mindset with strong leadership capabilities.
