Operation Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is looking for an Operation Supply Chain Manager to lead internal material and scheduling processes within a manufacturing plant. The role ensures alignment with the Master Production Schedule and drives adherence to the SIOP plan while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage material flow, inventory transactions, and lean material deployment to support plant operations.
• Administer indirect and MRO purchasing in line with Eaton policies.
• Generate short‑term production schedules and monitor execution against the network plan.
• Escalate material availability issues to COE and Network teams.
• Drive forecast attainment, shipment scheduling, and on‑time delivery targets.
• Champion continuous‑improvement tools such as visual management, standard work, and value‑stream mapping.
• Maintain data health for routings, WMS, MRO, shipping, receiving, and production scheduling.

Required profile

• College degree in Engineering, Business Administration/Management or Materials Management; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of combined experience in materials, operations, or supply‑chain management within manufacturing.
• At least 3 years of people‑management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
