About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at West. Under trainer supervision, you will mold and trim injectable medicine components, ensuring quality and quantity specifications are met on a molding and trimming press.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate mold press to produce molded panels following standard operating instructions.
• Operate manual or automatic trim press and perform any required special treatments such as sorting, silicone coating or chlorination.
• Process trimmed products through washing and drying steps, and manage pack scale setup for weighing and packaging.
• Maintain accurate documentation for product traceability and inspect work for quality compliance.
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, support a Lean environment, and report any issues that could affect production.

Required profile

• Reliability, punctuality and regular attendance.
• Ability to work in a rotating cell concept and follow a playbook for optimal performance.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to safety and corporate policies.
