One Identity DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a One Identity DevOps Engineer to join our Lisbon team. You will act as an IAM developer, managing the full identity lifecycle with One Identity Manager and ensuring compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain identity management solutions using One Identity.
• Automate identity processes and integrate them with Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with development teams using VB .NET, C# and PowerShell.
• Support security and compliance initiatives, including segregation of duties (SoD) controls.
• Provide client‑facing support for international customers.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and One Identity.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps and information security concepts.
• Solution‑oriented, pragmatic and proactive attitude.
