Onboarding Enablement Specialist

About the role

This high‑impact position is focused on designing and continuously improving onboarding programs for new revenue team members in Portugal. You will ensure that every new hire receives the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to ramp quickly and perform at a high level.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and iterate structured onboarding programs for sales roles such as SDR, AE, Field Sales, and Expansion.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and manage learning content within LMS platforms, coordinating with hiring managers, People teams, and Revenue leadership.
• Build and maintain progress‑tracking dashboards to monitor ramp performance and flag at‑risk hires.
• Develop standardized coaching frameworks and tools to support managers.
• Own and expand an AI‑driven role‑play content library for realistic sales scenario practice.
• Partner strategically with Revenue leadership to align onboarding with broader performance goals.
• Support promotional readiness programs (e.g., SDR to AE transitions) and ensure learning paths match competency requirements.
• Administer and optimize LMS systems, including content assignment, user management, and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Proven ability to design and deliver structured onboarding or training programs.
• Strong project‑management skills with the capacity to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analyzing onboarding metrics and translating insights into actions.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Required skills
