National Sales Manager – Portugal

About the role

We are looking for a National Sales Manager to lead and grow our network of dental clinics across Portugal. The role focuses on direct‑to‑consumer sales, ensuring the achievement of ambitious strategic targets while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives across all clinics in Portugal, driving B2C direct sales and meeting volume targets.
• Train, motivate and mentor both sales and medical teams within the clinics.
• Collaborate with local teams to guarantee smooth sales processes, execution and conversion.
• Ensure consistent application of best practices and standardized procedures across locations.
• Develop and deliver training materials for clinic staff.
• Monitor sales metrics, maintain quality standards and implement contingency plans when needed.
• Promote continuous improvement and challenge the status quo.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships to align results with corporate OKRs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role.
• Proven expertise in B2C direct sales.
• Strong leadership ability to inspire and manage teams across a wide clinic network.
• Fluent in English.
