Multilingual IT Support – 12‑Month Maternity Cover

About the role

This 12‑month contract provides first‑line IT support for a multilingual user base. You will be the single point of contact for routine and non‑routine incidents, ensuring timely resolution and high service quality while covering a maternity leave.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log and resolve first‑line incidents and service requests.
• Provide technical assistance for Microsoft products, Windows operating systems, basic networking and PC hardware.
• Document actions taken and follow established processes and service‑level agreements.
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams when necessary.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to statistical reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a helpful and effective support environment.

Required profile

• Fluency in English, French and Spanish.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow defined procedures.
• Strong customer‑orientation and communication skills.
• Willingness to take ownership of issues and pursue personal development.
