Mobile Tech Lead – Flutter (Senior)

About the role

Lùkla is seeking an experienced Mobile Tech Lead to drive the design and delivery of high‑impact Flutter applications for a global client. You will shape mobile architecture, mentor a development team, and ensure the product meets both business and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable mobile applications using Flutter.
• Define and enforce mobile architecture and engineering best practices.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a cross‑functional development team.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and other stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Balance short‑term business priorities with long‑term technical quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of mobile development experience (7+ years for Architecture Lead).
• Strong expertise in Flutter and mobile architecture principles.
• Solid knowledge of both iOS and Android platforms.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
