Mobile Application Developer – AI Finance Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Application Developer to create the native Android experience for BJAK's AI Finance Agent. You will work on clean user flows, fast performance, and high‑quality features that serve real customers across insurance, payments, claims, renewals and broader financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship Android features using Kotlin.
• Create intuitive mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and other financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend REST APIs, ensuring stability, security and reliability of mobile flows.
• Optimize app performance, crash rates, loading states, responsiveness and memory usage.
• Leverage analytics, user behaviour data and production issues to continuously improve the product.
• Implement AI‑assisted experiences with on‑device TensorFlow Lite only when they add genuine value.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional Android development experience using Kotlin.
• Strong fundamentals in Android and a track record of shipping production apps.
• Attention to mobile UX, usability, edge cases and end‑to‑end user flows.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can debug production issues and own feature delivery.
• High ownership, fast execution and a focus on product quality.
