Mid-Market Account Executive – French Market

About the role

Revolut is seeking a motivated Mid-Market Account Executive to drive growth in the French market. You will be responsible for activating new mid‑market customers, guiding them through the sign‑up process, and expanding usage of Revolut’s product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Activate new customers within the mid‑market segment.
• Prospect high‑potential accounts using indicators such as turnover, employee count and business type.
• Conduct discovery and qualification calls, providing support and guidance throughout the sign‑up journey.
• Collaborate with Product Sales Executives to deepen relationships, share insights, cross‑sell relevant solutions and feed product feedback.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
• Minimum 3 years as an Account Executive managing the full sales cycle.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value deals with medium to long sales cycles.
• Strong prospecting ability to generate leads and identify new opportunities.
• Experience in fast‑paced tech environments, preferably fintech, with basic knowledge of local competitors.
• Expert relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers (C‑suite, CFOs, Heads of Treasury/Finance).
• Excellent communication skills to articulate product capabilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product and support teams.
