Mid-level .NET Developer – Banking Solutions

About the role

Capgemini is looking for a skilled .NET Developer to join its Banking sector team in Lisbon. You will work on modern financial applications, designing and implementing robust APIs and services that support our clients' digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core.
• Implement multithreaded components to ensure high‑performance processing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate solutions with Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and optimise database interactions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous delivery practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in C# and .NET development.
• Proven experience building REST APIs and multithreaded applications.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (CRUD, data modelling, transaction management, performance tuning).
• Familiarity with object‑oriented design, TDD, BDD and continuous delivery.
• Fluent Portuguese language skills.
