Member Experience Supervisor

About the role

The Member Experience Supervisor plays a pivotal role in delivering daily, unforgettable experiences for members and guests at CostaTerra. Reporting to the Member Experience and Events Manager, the supervisor leads the MX team, coordinates events, and ensures high‑service standards across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily MX team operations, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring and briefings.
• Build strong relationships with members, personalize service, support onboarding and ongoing engagement initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate and execute club events and activations, managing concepts, timelines, budgets and vendor liaison.
• Prepare event documentation, reports and presentations; support budgeting, purchase orders and invoice tracking.
• Collaborate with Member Services, F&B, Golf, Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless member experiences.

Required profile

• Previous experience in client‑facing hospitality, member experience or events.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
