Member Experience Supervisor

About the role

The Member Experience Supervisor is responsible for delivering exceptional daily experiences for members and guests at the club. Reporting to the Member Experience and Events Manager, this role oversees the MX team, coordinates events and activations, and ensures high‑quality service across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Member Experience team in daily operations, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Lead daily briefings, contribute to weekly departmental meetings, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Build strong relationships with members and guests, manage onboarding, profiles, and ongoing engagement initiatives.
• Identify and create “wow moments” to elevate the member journey.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute club events and activations, managing concepts, timelines, budgets, and BEOs.
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Prepare and update event documentation, reports, presentations, and support budgeting processes.
• Maintain department files, systems, and supplies while meeting all deadlines.
• Collaborate with Member Services, F&B, Golf, Sales, and Marketing to ensure integrated experiences.

Required profile

• Previous experience in client‑facing hospitality, member experience, or events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• People‑driven, able to inspire and motivate a team.
• Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to solve problems under pressure and work both collaboratively and independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Canva.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
