Member Experience & Events Junior Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Member Experience & Events Junior Coordinator to support the delivery of memorable events and daily activations at Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club, a private members‑only community in Comporta, Portugal. You will work closely with the events team to ensure seamless planning, execution, and follow‑up for a variety of member experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, setting up, hosting, and breaking down member events and daily activations.
• Gather information, help prepare budgets, reports, BEOs, and manage logistics across departments.
• Contribute creative ideas and help bring memorable experiences to life.
• Handle administrative tasks, maintain project timelines, and schedule resources.
• Engage warmly with members and guests to enhance the club atmosphere.

Required profile

• Outgoing, engaging personality with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
• Previous experience in events or hospitality and strong communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate to Melides if needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe (or willingness to learn).
