Master Data Management - Contract Administrator

About the role

Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) is recruiting a Master Data Management - Contract Administrator in Lisbon. The role covers administrative activities and support to the direct and indirect central procurement functions in line with Service Line Agreement requirements, reporting to the HO Master Data Management - Procurement. It is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier information and pricing data in SAP and other Airbus procurement tools
• Manage the electronic archiving of contractual documents in Airbus tools
• Launch and follow up actions on recurrent supplier inputs as needed
• Process ad-hoc requests for urgent customer requirements and events
• Audit and track Data Management Group Requests so business flows accurately and efficiently
• Maintain regular two-way communication with strategic buyers and the data management group at Airbus Helicopters Inc.
• Contribute to innovation and digitalisation of the procurement process through new processes and tools
• Resolve discrepancies and data issues, offering and implementing solutions
• Maintain data integrity in Material and Procurement Master Data

Required profile

• At least two years of professional experience in a procurement environment
• Fluent written and spoken English; French and/or German is a plus
• Ideally experience in administration tasks and knowledge of export control and sustainability laws and regulations
• Delivery-oriented, customer-focused, with strong communication, persuasion and influence skills
• Team player, comfortable with remote work, acting with integrity in supplier selection

Required skills

• Easily adaptable to Airbus procurement tools (SAP, E-Proc and Airsupply)
• Used to the Google suite
