MarTech Administrator & Developer

About the role

InnoTech is looking for a MarTech Administrator & Developer to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of its marketing technology ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering and marketing teams to integrate, automate, and optimise key MarTech platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and govern MarTech platforms such as Braze, mParticle and other automation tools.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot integrations via APIs, webhooks and event‑driven architectures.
• Oversee data flows, collection, storage and activation to support marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering and marketing to deploy and continuously improve solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and data‑privacy regulations.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in MarTech administration, development or platform engineering.
• EU work permit or CPLP nationality.
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Braze, mParticle, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tealium or Segment.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, S3, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, IAM).
• Proficiency with APIs, SDK integrations, webhooks and event‑driven architectures.
• Python for automation and platform scripting.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of GDPR and CCPA data‑privacy regulations.
