Marketing Specialist

About the role

Ethiack is looking for a versatile B2B Marketing Specialist to own and execute its full‑funnel marketing strategy. You will bridge inbound, paid, and automation efforts, ensuring a smooth journey from the first ad impression to ongoing account nurturing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns, handling budget, targeting, copy, and ROAS tracking.
• Design, build, and refine the inbound funnel, including landing pages, lead capture flows, CTAs, and conversion paths.
• Write and edit on‑brand copy for ads and landing pages.
• Own HubSpot configuration: workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and integrations.
• Create and maintain outbound sequences in Amplemarket and other engagement tools.
• Develop automated nurture flows tailored to the Ideal Customer Profile and funnel stages.
• Execute Account‑Based Marketing across three tiers, delivering personalized assets for Tier 1, semi‑personalized for Tier 2, and programmatic scale for Tier 3.
• Coordinate closely with Sales on account‑level touchpoints and lead handoff.
• Set up and maintain analytics across Plausible, GA4, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads, ensuring clean data and reliable attribution.
• Build performance dashboards and translate metrics into actionable marketing strategies.
