Marketing Manager – Brand & Growth

About the role

The Marketing Manager owns Portugal Active's brand and growth engine end‑to‑end, covering brand positioning, content, campaigns and demand generation. This is an operator and builder role, not a supervisory one, linking brand experience directly to bookings and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with commercial goals.
• Own social media, content creation and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Run campaigns from concept through performance analysis.
• Manage CRM and marketing automation to support the sales pipeline.
• Track KPIs and report performance to leadership with data‑driven insights.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning.
• Coordinate photography, events and partnerships that elevate the brand.
• Support sales with collateral, presentations and lead generation.
• Map and optimise the customer journey across every touchpoint.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, travel agencies or tourism e‑commerce.
• Proven expertise in social media, campaign management and digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of CRM and analytics platforms.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to translate marketing activities into bookings and revenue.
• Fast, autonomous, precise, low‑ego and hands‑on attitude.
