Marketing Lead

About the role

Stratio is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Lead to build and run its first marketing function. Reporting directly to leadership, you will work closely with sales and product teams to shape the company’s narrative and drive demand for its predictive‑maintenance platform.

Key responsibilities

• Create case studies, blog posts, landing pages, LinkedIn posts and sales enablement material from raw inputs such as customer metrics or product updates.
• Own the website: add new pages, edit copy, make HTML/CSS tweaks, and optimise for SEO and AI discoverability.
• Plan and execute demand‑generation campaigns, set up tracking, measure pipeline impact and iterate quickly.
• Develop sales‑enablement assets like pitch decks, proposal templates and objection‑handling content.
• Set up and maintain marketing analytics dashboards for website traffic, content performance and email metrics.
• Build automation workflows using LLMs, no‑code tools (Make, Zapier, n8n) and light scripting to streamline email sequences, content distribution and lead scoring.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with technical or industrial products.
• Excellent writing ability to explain complex technical value clearly.
• Daily, fluent use of large language models (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) as core work tools.
