About the role

Logista is looking for a Maritime Operations Specialist to manage export and import activities in Porto, with a focus on perishable goods. You will work within a high‑performance team, ensuring smooth maritime flows and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily export and import operations, prioritising temperature‑controlled shipments.
• Ensure all regulatory and customs requirements are met.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers and suppliers to guarantee service satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve operational and logistical issues efficiently.
• Prepare, verify and manage all required documentation.

Required profile

• Operational knowledge of maritime export and import processes.
• Experience with the transport of perishable goods.
• Proactive, organised and detail‑oriented.
