Manufacturing Operator I – Third Shift (10pm‑6am)

About the role

The Manufacturing Operator I works the third (night) shift to execute core production steps on pharmaceutical and consumer‑health batches. The role follows strict safety, GMP and documentation procedures while operating a range of equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Set‑up, load, unload and clean equipment such as blenders, compressors and coaters according to SOPs and the weekly schedule.
• Operate analog and digital controls, monitor process parameters, and record data on paper or electronic batch records.
• Perform in‑process testing, material weighing, formulation checks and ensure proper material identification.
• Apply LOTO, PPE, gowning and housekeeping standards; maintain equipment cleanliness and readiness.
• Assist with routine preventive maintenance, minor repairs and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and report any deviations immediately to the supervisor.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with at least 3 years of manufacturing operator experience, or Associate degree with 2 years experience, or Bachelor’s degree (no experience required).
• Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Required skills

• Operation of blenders, compression machines and coaters.
• Use of analog and digital control panels.
• GMP compliance and LOTO procedures.

• In‑process testing and formulation control checks.
