Manufacturing Operator I – Compression (Third Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Operator I to work on the third shift, focusing on compression operations within our consumer‑health manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will follow safety and GMP standards while operating and maintaining equipment to produce high‑quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Apply safety policies, GMP knowledge and proper PPE, including LOTO procedures, to ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform cleaning of manufacturing rooms, washrooms, equipment and general areas according to SOPs.
• Set up, load, unload, clean and operate equipment such as blenders, compression machines and coaters following the weekly production schedule.
• Transfer materials between work centers and ensure all components and equipment are ready for production.
• Monitor analog and digital controls, record operating parameters on paper or electronic batch production records, and address any process deviations.
• Participate in troubleshooting, process‑improvement projects and overtime work as required.

• Flexibility to work third‑shift hours and overtime, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate deviations promptly.
