Manufacturing Operations I – Neuro

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations I specialist for our Neuro product line. The role involves assembling, testing, and finishing medical device components in a clean‑room environment while ensuring strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Write labels for materials, components and finished products.
• Trim, mark, fasten and adjust sub‑assembly components using hand tools and fixtures.
• Inspect components visually and with a binocular microscope for defects, particles or air bubbles.
• Conduct functional tests using infusion pump machines, leakage testers, glue dispensers, UV equipment and gauges.
• Re‑work rejected lots and assist peers to meet production schedules.
• Mix liquids, coat devices, wash components in alcohol stations, and cure silicone parts in ovens.
• Measure, cut and count components with rulers, templates, cutters and scales.
• Complete documentation such as shop orders and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Required profile

• Ability to follow clean‑room gowning and protective‑equipment protocols.
• Attention to detail for visual inspections and accurate measurements.
• Capability to work on priority orders and achieve established productivity and quality targets.

Required skills

• Hand tools and assembly fixtures.
• Binocular microscope operation.
• Infusion pump and leakage testing equipment.
• Glue dispensing and UV curing equipment.
• Measurement tools (ruler, templates, cutters, scales).
• Clean‑room gowning practices and use of protective gear (gloves, respirator, eye protection).
