Manager, B&MI Product Management

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Manager to lead Business & Market Insights (B&MI) product management. In this role you will shape and scale solutions that turn complex data into actionable insights, supporting customers across strategy, operations and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and define priority solutions aligned with client needs, market dynamics and Mastercard’s strategic goals.
• Design and develop cross‑B&MI solutions in partnership with Global Product Managers, ensuring they are differentiated, scalable and commercially viable.
• Balance short‑term client value with long‑term strategic growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, sales, consulting and regional teams to ensure alignment from solution design through commercialization.
• Integrate B&MI offerings into broader Mastercard propositions where relevant.
• Monitor market feedback and client adoption to continuously refine solutions.
• Partner with product leadership to influence roadmap priorities based on market demand and go‑to‑market insights.
• Provide structured feedback from the field to shape future product investments.

Required profile

• Proven ability to translate complex customer needs and corporate priorities into scalable, integrated solutions.
• Strong commercial and go‑to‑market acumen.
• Experience working across product, sales and consulting functions in a global organization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
