Management Consultant – Resources

About the role

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a Management Consultant focused on the Resources sector. You will partner with business leaders and a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver technology-enabled transformations that drive resilience, risk mitigation and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients in the Resources industry to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Lead project teams, facilitating workshops and ensuring delivery of high-impact solutions.
• Co-create transformation roadmaps that integrate data, AI and digital technologies.
• Support clients from strategy formulation through execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consultancy or advisory environment.
• Strong interest and creativity in improving the Resources sector.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
