Quality Project Manager

About the role

Lead the planning, scheduling and execution of complex aerospace projects, ensuring they meet budget, timeline and quality standards. You will act as the central point for coordinating internal teams, external partners and clients to deliver successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain project management processes, reporting, risk management and change control.
• Monitor project budgets, forecast costs and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Prepare and deliver presentations using G Suite for stakeholder, board and client meetings.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and team building.
• Manage project documentation, produce reports and conduct post‑meeting reviews.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and track milestones.
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders to align expectations and goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2–3 years of project‑management experience in the aerospace industry.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
• Understanding of aerospace regulations, safety standards and best practices.
• Business‑fluent English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
