Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join the team at Wyndham Grand Carvoeiro Algarve, a new five‑star hotel on Vale de Centeanes Beach. The role involves ensuring the hotel’s facilities and technical systems operate smoothly, supporting our commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across the hotel’s infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in equipment and facilities.
• Support general upkeep of the property, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ensure all technical systems and equipment function correctly and safely.
• Follow established maintenance procedures and adhere to safety standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar maintenance role is an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues from various departments.
• Well‑presented, proactive, dynamic and versatile.
• Flexibility to work different schedules as required.
