Logistics Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Operator to join our warehouse team in Matosinhos, Portugal. The role involves receiving, checking, storing and dispatching materials for both national and international shipments, supporting our climate‑controlled cold‑chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, record and store incoming goods, ensuring stock accuracy and order compliance.
• Prepare documentation and coordinate national and international shipments under the supervision of the Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader.
• Perform versatile warehouse tasks such as supplying production, moving materials, conducting inventories and supporting daily logistics operations.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, goods receipt or dispatch.
• Knowledge of stock management, material handling and use of ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Basic communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
