Logistics Operator (Caldas da Rainha)

About the role

Tekever is looking for a Logistics Operator to ensure the accurate, safe and efficient flow of materials throughout its supply chain. You will manage receiving, storage, inventory and shipping operations, supporting operational readiness for all company programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, unload, sort and store materials, and record discrepancies.
• Prepare and package goods for outbound shipment, label correctly, generate packing lists, transport documents and dangerous‑goods declarations.
• Coordinate carrier pickups, inspect outgoing loads and ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Perform regular inventory counts, cycle checks and update the inventory management system in real time.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse or shipping/receiving.
• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English (C2 level).
• Strong organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Pallet jack operation.
• Use of inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Handling of dangerous goods (ADR/IATA) – certification considered a plus.
