Linux System Administrator

About the role

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Linux System Administrator to join its growing team. You will design, deploy, and maintain robust Linux‑based infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance while driving automation and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimise Linux servers (RHEL, Oracle Linux, Rocky Linux).
• Support infrastructure services and applications, guaranteeing reliability and scalability.
• Automate operational processes using Bash, Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Linux system administration, including command‑line, process management, file systems and permissions.
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments as a complementary skill.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as Bash/Shell, Ansible, Terraform or PowerShell.
• Comfort with version control systems like Git (GitHub/GitLab) and best‑practice workflows.
• Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S), storage, virtualization, firewalls and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and experience with at least one major provider (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Analytical, solution‑oriented, and able to work in on‑call rotations.
