Linux System Administrator (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

PrimeIT is seeking an experienced Linux System Administrator to join its growing team in Lisbon. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while supporting international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise Linux servers and related infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell/Bash.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and related tooling.
• Monitor system performance and availability with appropriate monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve incidents and improve processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Linux environments.
• Strong scripting abilities in Python and Shell/Bash.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and practices.
• Experience with monitoring tools.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
