Líder de Produção Industrial

About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Production Leader to coordinate daily production activities in our food and supplement manufacturing plant. You will ensure that production targets, quality standards and safety procedures are consistently met while supporting a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and monitor production schedules, keeping all documentation up to date.
• Supervise production staff to maintain smooth operational flow.
• Track performance metrics, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Guarantee the continuous availability of raw materials and supplies.
• Report production performance and operational challenges to the Production Manager.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new production team members.

Required profile

• Degree or technical education in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing operations.
• Leadership experience in production teams is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high‑speed environment.
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail and ownership mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfort with digital tools for production management.
